How to make love with life and die laughing' and is dedicating it to his 'spiritual brother Michael Jackson, with whom I shared the values of life, love and laughter', and to President Barack Obama in support of his deserving to be the Nobel Peace Prize winner.

Beverly Hills, California (PRWEB) October 29, 2009 -- Mr. Brittingham, is already a somewhat controversial figure after announcing in September, the proposed formation of the Michael Jackson™ Museum Foundation© to purchase a historic property in Beverly Hills, California, and to secure permissions from the Jackson family, the executors of The Michael Jackson Estate™, the City of Beverly Hills, and the court, to house The Michael Jackson Collection and Memorabilia™.

The MJ Museum Project is a 'work in process', according to Brittingham, 'and requires careful, transparent deliberation, in gathering together the right people, resources, permissions, and all of the other vital components necessary to answer the question; How to create a concrete, viable solution of what to do with the collections and memorabilia of Michael Jackson? According to Brittingham; 'There is an answer to this question... and this is it!'

Brittingham further states that 'because this proposed, non-profit museum foundation shall be a non-commercial activity, and does not solicit nor accept donations or contributions of any kind, I am using the personal commerce vehicle of selling my new epic poem worldwide, in order to maximize my personal effectiveness, and see to it that this noble project gets done, and gets done in the right way - concretely and transparently.' The project has garnered a worldwide base of supporters in just seven weeks. See: anchor text (http://www.myspace.com/michaeljacksonmuseumclub)

American President Barack Obama won the 2009 Nobel Peace Prize, a stunning decision that came approximately nine months into his presidency. Thorbjorn Jagland, chairman of the Norwegian Nobel Committee said it honored Obama for his 'extraordinary efforts to strengthen international diplomacy and cooperation between peoples.'

The decision appeared to catch many people worldwide by surprise. Not so Brittingham; 'To really understand our diverse world, you have to seek opinions from everyone and everywhere. Then you have to act with deliberation, taking into consideration all of the self-interests, and the differences of every party affected by your choice of words and actions. From the very beginning, Obama has done this. He deserves this Nobel Peace Prize for WHO he is, how he thinks, how he acts, in the worldwide arena in the pursuit of peace and harmony among its people. My new poem is dedicated to the man - Barack Obama.'

Michael's epic poem directly speaks to the values of peace, life, love and laughter, and according to Brittingham, 'is another brick in the wall of peace and harmony among men and women living together on this planet'. Brittingham shares 'the life, love and laughter values and principles of the late Michael Jackson', and also supports the 'very deserving Barack Obama in being named as the 2009 Nobel Peace Prize winner'. Brittingham goes on to say 'Michael Jackson, Obama and I, all share principles that basically state that we are all in this together, and that we should achieve by constructive engagement, an atmosphere of common-interest-cooperation among friends and adversaries alike - from all over the world'. Brittingham believes that 'In this method of diplomatic dialogue, we can approach an ideal of lasting peace in the world. Peace on earth, which all men of every era have most eagerly yearned for, can be firmly established and sustained only if we give it a chance! What we need now in the world is - co-existence without conflict.'

Here is an excerpt from the Epic Poem: 'I am deep inside of you... How to make love with life and die laughing!' anchor text (https://www.createspace.com/3404637)

'For many lonely years I've wandered around, I was searching for a peace that was never to be found. Still I believed in it, I knew it had to be there, I knew all of the talk wasn't just hot air. I looked deep into the eyes of the one who should know, I am getting a bit weary, knowing that soon I have to go. I want some real answers and I want them right now, like; Why is it so hard? And who are you anyhow?'

'I thought I had learned every bit of the wisdom, to embody the truth, and help build the kingdom. Then suddenly I feel a soft tap upon my shoulder, it happens in a flash and I know that I am older. Then with a whisper a voice enters my ear, saying you've done well my son and have nothing to fear. Just give-out the rest of your life, love and laughter, And the secret you've sought, will be found in the hereafter.'

'The warmth and the kindness that springs from your soul, will show the path to others, and that is your goal. Today you are called upon to give all of this away, so do it like a man, smile... and do it with joy. And remember the day when a wise little boy, wrote a poem on the spot and showed off his new toy… So I'm sending this aloft to move the heart of a friend, hoping it's a beginning... and not just the end.' anchor text (https://www.createspace.com/Customer/EStore.do?id=3404637)

© Copyright 2009 by Michael Louis Brittingham™ All Rights Reserved.

Contact: Michael Louis Brittingham, USA: 1-215-975-6113 anchor text (http://mjmuseumproject.ning.com

Contact Information

Michael Brittingham
Michael Jackson Museum Supporters in Myspace
http://www.myspace.com/michaeljacksonmuseumclub
1.215.975.6113

The American Business Club!

On MTV News' premiere special, Tim Kash and Sway were live from the red carpet, and celebrities, fans and the crew involved with Jackson's planned London comeback shows revealed what it was like behind-the-scenes with a superstar.

David Cook told us about his cover of Jackson's "Billie Jean," which helped him win the seventh season of "American Idol." "You want to do songs people know, and who doesn't know Michael Jackson?" Cook said on the red carpet. "It's incredible to be here to honor Michael Jackson."

Ashley Tisdale, who worked with "This Is It" director Kenny Ortega on the "High School Musical" movies, recalled the time she met Jackson. "It was amazing. I can't even describe," she remembered. "I was just, like, in awe. You can't even speak. He was glowing. He's an icon. You're speechless."

In an interview for the premiere special, Ortega remembered how Jackson never stopped working. "He was always thinking up ideas for the show. One time, he called me up, I think it was, like, 3 o'clock in the morning," the director recalled. "He said, 'Victoria Falls.' I was like, 'That's in Africa.' What it came to mean was we had these giant 3-D screens that were incorporated into the production. Michael wanted the world on that stage."

Music supervisor Michael Bearden revealed the reason MJ used to tape his fingertips before concerts. "That was one of the things I asked him," Bearden said. "And he said, 'Because it feels good.' And then when he throws his hand a certain way, the white catches your eye. So if you're doing that" — [shoots his hand into the air, à la MJ] — "automatically, you're gonna look right there. It's just a show thing."

In an exclusive clip from the movie, which debuted during the special, Jackson is seen dancing around the stage in peach, straight-leg pants and a bronze blazer to his classic hit "Wanna Be Startin' Somethin'." In a split screen, Jackson stepped across the stage and rocked some dance moves to the song.

In a segment not included in the special, the show's dancers gave fans an in-depth tutorial on how they can learn the moves that Jackson made famous. Dancers who worked with the superstar gave instructions on how to Moonwalk or mimic the steps from the "Beat It," "Thriller" and "Smooth Criminal" videos.

However, Jackson's colleagues got emotional when they recalled hearing of Jackson's death just as they were wrapping up rehearsals with him at the Staples Center. "We became silent," choreographer Travis Payne recalled. "We prayed and then we ultimately got the call. They said he had passed, and that was very hard."

Check out everything MTV's got on "Michael Jackson's This Is It."

© 2009 MTV Networks, © and TM MTV Networks. It is a shame that in this age of "push-button publishing", any "nut-case" with too much time on their hands, can post whatever nonsense that they wish to "share with the world", no matter if it is libelous or if it unfairly damages another's reputation.

I hope everything is going well with you. Listen, for some three weeks now, I have been the target of a person in Florida, a certain Ms. Sarah Dees, and 3 or 4 of her cohorts who have evidently been infected with this "poison". I was initially contacted by this person, recommended by another woman in Australia, whom I know and whom I believe had no idea who this person was when she recommended her to me. A couple of month's ago, I began receiving emails from this Ms. Dees to "beg for my help"... she indicated to me in a few of those emails that she "had cancer with a few months to live, had debts over her head and her ability to pay, a daughter who would suffer if she died and left it all to her, and a home which was being foreclosed upon." I felt sorry for her in what I had believed was a tragic set of personal circumstances. I thought that if there was any way that I could help, that I would try and do so.

During a trip to Florida in August, I messaged her and then telephoned and arranged to visit her and her daughter. I saw that the debts dated back to 2002 and exceeded $40,000. And that the debt to the bank mortgage holder was around $10,000. I could see that this woman had done nothing for seven years to handle her own financial responsibilities, except to max-out several credit cards all of whom were not paid to-date. Even so, I still believed the "cancer story" and I met with her lawyers and indicated that if the aggregated creditors would agree to a "settlement agreement of approximately 25-30% of the debt, I would "see what I could do to help her." I subsequently wrote to each of her creditors offerring to negotiate a debt reduction settlement on her behalf.

The next day, she indicated to me quite forcibly, that "this was not enough, that I should hire her in what she knew was my Michael Jackson Museum Project", and that I should "take responsibility for her current and daily expenses in the meantime." This was also written to me in email, the copy of which, I of course, have retained. I told her at that time, that "this was a preposterous proposal, as I was not willing to be responsible for her daily expenses, and that since the MJ Project was in the development phase, that I actually had no job openings at all", and that after it becomes concrete, "I would only be hiring functional professionals."

I could see that this was an irrational person with serious problems, and I left on the very next plane out of there. Some 10 days later, I received messages that all sorts of online postings in NING communities, Twitter, online blogs, and emailed messages were being sent-out acusing me of being "a child molester - just like Michael Jackson (Her words, certainly not mine), a predator on defenseless women, a fraud, and that the MJ Museum Project was a fraud."

Of course, this is totally preposterous. I have issued a formal CEASE AND DESIST NOTICE to each of these people, forwarded it to the various host administrations, and tried to stay above the fray by not putting "wood onto a small flame". Now, things are getting a bit "out of hand" so I am going to confront this "head-on!". I am not sure if you have received any of this nonsense, but if so, and you would like me to forward any/and/or/all of the documents backing all of this up, I would be more than happy to, and you may simply send me a request at my email address.

The other perpetuators of this outrageous defamation of my character and integrity, in particular, one Ms. "Isabella Devinast", are simply disgruntled "artists" who had submitted information to me in order to be possibly included in a hotel project in Switzerland, which failed to materialize because the primary investor pulled-out. As with a couple of other artists, each was dutifully notified that this project was not going to go through as planned. Understandably they were disappointed, and had believed, as I did until the investor pul-out, that this would be a tremendous oportunity for them to participate in what was going to be an "Artist in Residence Program" created and maintained in what was the Annex of the hotel property. One individual, a Ms. Danielle Libine has a legitimate claim to an invoice presented for some graphics work on a seperate poem publishing project. It is as simple as that.

Unfortunately, with the Internet, and in various communities like this one and others, anyone can post anything that they wish, whether true or not, whether libel or slander, and it gets read as if "it may be true". It is just amazing the lengths that a few people will go through, to stop anything positive being developed to preserve Michael's legacy, or to attempt a personal character defamation... but I will not be deterred, nor will I shirk from bringing up and dealing with a sensitive matter, even if it means that you, or anyone else decides not to have anything to do with me, this community, or what I am doing.
Sincerely, Michael Brittingham
michaelbrittingham@gmail.com
www.myspace.com/michaeljacksonmuseumclub

COPY TEXT OF THE CEASE AND DESIST ORDER.
CEASE AND DESIST ORDER

September 15, 2009
TO: Ms. Sarah Dees, Ms. Danielle Libine, Ms. Eve Adams, Ms. Avigail Teumin, Isabella Devinast, Birgit Friedberg, et al

This CEASE AND DESIST ORDER is to inform you that you and/or your associates harassing and intimidating actions against Michael Louis Brittingham and/or any associates of Michael Louis Brittingham has become unbearable. Hire them promising an appealing job that has nothing to do with what they will do in the reality:

That's the beginning of this strategy. Hire talented people for jobs where they have to switch their brains to a stand-by position.

2. Think that they will be motivated just by their salary:
Everybody knows that smart and creative people just care about money. They don't care about challenging jobs, appealing projects or start-ups, having the flexibility to develop their jobs, or being part of an outstanding team.

3. Never explain to 'them' the companies overall strategy.
They need just to know what they have to do. After all, who needs to know the global strategy, besides the CEO and a few others?

4. Don't be transparent.
Never show them the companies performance, the retribution policies and how much their colleagues are earning for the same job. Avoid explaining company's changes or bad news. It is always better that they know through rumors.

5. Never pay attention to their suggestions or ideas:
Just tell them it is a great suggestion and you will think about it, and of course do nothing. Or better, tell them that it's not their job to think about how things have to be done, but doing what the have been told to do.

6. Enhance competitiveness among team members:
It is the right path to get people engagement with the company and a great working environment that will retain the best employees.

7. Avoid they have any control or responsibility over the work they are doing:
If he/he is a software engineer, just let her know about the code she is writing, not the overall project. If he/she's a content reviewer just let her know about the articles he/she has to review. Don't set up medium term goals over which employees can plan their work and achieve their goals.

8. Never tell them how good they are:
That's a terrible mistake. They could believe it, and maybe then ask for a better job, a salary increase, or worse, going to the competition (anyway, that's what you are trying to do with this advise isn't it?)

9. Always control them:
Everybody knows that you cannot trust people and strict control is necessary. :-) Set innovative rules as being at work at a certain hour, or not having the possibility to solve personnel issues while being at work, so they will increase their stress and obviously work better, etc.

10. Support yes-man and isolate people with a critical sense:
a. That's the definitive one. Because as you are the smarter guy in the company you only need people to tell you how good you and your company are. Don't let those newcomers tell you where and when your are going to crash.

b. There are a lot of other things you can do too, but for now just do these 10 and be sure you'll retain only those guys than can't find a better place to go. That is what you are trying to do, isn't it?

The American Business Club!

You know the line. It usually includes terms like "fad", "personal diary", "self important", and of course "waste of time and resources".

Variations on those themes appear all of the time in print, online, and broadcast media. You will also hear them quite frequently in personal or daily business conversations. Can a blog really be compared to that very famous fad, the hula hoop?

The questions usually revolve around the blogging content, the blog value in the near and long term, and the overall staying power of blogs. These are legitimate questions, and indeed, they deserve answers. If we business bloggers are serious about speading the word about the value of blogs to companies of all sizes, we must consider the objections.

First of all, business blogs as a marketing and public relations communications tool are still in their relative infancy. The number of blogging businesses is still very small. The number is so low that a new corporate blog still makes the news for its alleged innovative aspect. If that's the case, then blogs still have a long way to go to entirely permeate mainstream business and media thinking.

My good friend John Jantsch of Duct Tape Marketing considers the possibility that while blogs may have had a "fad" period, that time has already passed into history.

John Jantsch says this about business blogging as a fad:

Blogging as a business fad seems to be passing - and that's a good thing.

Now maybe people will settle down and look at a blog, at using a blog for business, for what it is. Just another, albeit powerful, marketing tool.

Yes, every business needs a blog, not so they can say they have one, so they can finally say something because they have one. Now I'm not saying that you can't have open and transparent conversations with your clients and prospects through other means, I'm just saying that people don't.

As John says, blogs are being recognized for their value as marketing and public relations tools. As a communications medium for sharing the company's ideas and vision, a blog is a very powerful tool. Along with company specific data and facts, a blog also provides general information on the industry, other knowledge sources, and product use assistance. The concepts provided by a business blog are limited only by the writer's imagination.

Blogs definitely have the potential to grow as a information sharing tool. They are informal in tone, introduce a real person instead of the cliche of the faceless corporation, and are timely in their presentation. The flexibility offered by blogging is one reason that blogs will last in the business tool box.

The blog's purpose and presentation can be changed over time to reflect new business goals and realities. The very nature of blogs is to evolve to fit new conditions. Unlike the blog, a fad item is fixed at a certain time and place, and lacks the built-in flexibility to develop new uses. The fad never changes from its original purpose, and so it disappears with time.

The next time you are faced with someone stating that a blog is merely some new fad, you can provide an alternative picture. Perhaps you will create a new convert to the field of blogging.

As a blog evangelist, you will have achieved your goal.

Wayne Hurlbert provides insigtful information about marketing, promotions, search engine optimization and public relations for websites and business blogs on the popular Blog Business World.
http://www.webpronews.com/blogtalk/2006/02/24/business-blogs-fad-or-long-term-communications-tool
The American Business Club!

From hiring staff to managing the books and building a brand to keeping customers happy, business leaders confront a long list of concerns every day.

Small- and mid-sized business owners tend to be hands-on with their employees and customers. They lack the luxury of sitting back and watching it all fall into place. When issues or challenges arise, talking with employees may not be appropriate and family members don’t always understand or provide the best feedback. Today’s leaders require an exclusive niche of support; when CEOs have tough decisions to make, they find it’s best to seek counsel with their CEO peers. They need to talk with others who have successfully addressed similar issues.

In an effort to tackle issues and challenges that surface from running and growing a business, many leaders are turning to peer group advisory boards, such as Vistage International, to stay on track with professional and personal goals.

CEOs can tackle nearly any issue by applying four main areas to their business life: attend monthly peer group meetings; work one-on-one with another executive; tap into a worldwide CEO network; and engage with speakers to inspire fresh thinking and cutting-edge insights.

Peer Groups
Because CEOs don’t have colleagues in-house with whom they can discuss issues, they seek knowledge, wisdom, and insight from other business leaders. In a confidential setting, CEOs meet monthly with the same executives from a wide-range of industries. The group engages in a give-and-take relationship where trusted peers ask each other tough, in-depth questions that get to the heart of business problems or challenges.

During each meeting direct, honest feedback is supplied and actionable ideas are derived that the CEO is expected to implement. Speakers deliver proven strategies and fresh perspectives which can immediately be applied.

In a world that is run digitally, the time spent face-to-face with one’s peers is nearly invaluable.

One-on-One Sessions
Peer groups are typically led by one person, or a chair. Think of this person as the chair of an advisory board. The chair engages in one-on-one business coaching, offering advice, insights, accountability and support. The chair also should challenge the CEOs to improve performance and be personally accountable for implementing business solutions.

The chair enables the business leader to engage in candid conversations about business issues, life balance concerns and leadership development. This results in unequalled opportunities for professional growth and greater peace of mind.

Online Network
Find an online resource that helps solve business issues through audio, video and written content. Look for executive summaries and in-depth modules -- covering all areas of business, from sales management to strategic planning and hiring and retaining the best employees.

Engage with Speakers
Tap into subject-matter experts who inspire fresh thinking and share cutting-edge strategies and insights focusing on the implementation of the most relevant business solutions achieving the best results.

Organizations such as Vistage give CEOs an edge and can play a major role in tackling the many challenges business leaders face when running and growing a business. By following these four steps, a CEO is likely to achieve high growth at rates higher than other U.S. businesses.
The American Business Club!

One of the key differences between traditional networking and online networking is the ability to have a robust personal profile that is publicly accessible. That profile is a 24/7/365 invitation for other people to connect to you, and you want to do everything you can to make yourself "attractive" online.

So before you sign up for any online networking site that has user profiles, be prepared with your profile and photo. Many sites heavily favor those with photos, and all heavily favor those with well-built profiles.

Your profile doesn't have to be long or complex, but it should include your basic information - current and recent employers, industry, interests/hobbies, a brief bio, and links to your websites or anything else you've published online - blogs, articles, etc.

Some recommended Links

Secrets of Entrepreneurs
Articles, biographies and videos of renown business leaders.
http://www.secretsofsuccess.com

Entrepreneurs
Great Information For Entrepreneurs. Its Here For You!
http://Entrepreneur1.net

Entrepreneurship
Online Guide To Entrepreneurship Different Types Of Entrepreneurship
http://BusinessChambers.com

Also, be sure to have your photo handy, both online somewhere and on your hard drive, and in a variety of sizes, so you can make it appropriate to the site's profile layout.

Whatever you do, do not set up an essentially empty profile. Most sites will let you poke around as a guest without setting up a profile first, and an empty profile isn't helping you, so there's nothing gained by doing it.

On the other hand, most sites have some way of showcasing new members, so if you set up an empty profile, you're missing out completely on the additional exposure you get as a new member, not to mention whatever damage you may do to your reputation.

If you've already done this, don't sweat it too much - people are also pretty forgiving. Just get in there and get it done.
The American Business Club!
